What Should I Wear?

Attire should not be restrictive nor limiting the free flow of movement. Flat soled shoes are preferred.

How Long Should I Train For?

The time range may vary. Daily sessions are recommended for optimum longevity.  Unfit or time-constrained 15 Р60 minutes. Healthy individuals need a minimum of 60 minutes per day.
